  1. Customer Feedback

We have appointed FeeFo to establish a process of customer ratings and reviews for our website. We have always been keen to hear about our customers’ experiences, and now you can see what people like you think of our products and the service we provide.

FeeFo offer a simple, totally independent, platform for customers to leave their feedback. Their system is very quick and straightforward for customers to use, so we get lots of valuable feedback to help us improve our products and services. They also work with lots of other reputable online mail order companies, and we hope that, by incorporating them into our site, we will benefit from the trust that they are building into online shopping.

Approximately 7 days after we despatch your goods FeeFo will send you an e-mail asking for feedback via a very simple, anonymous, 15-second tick-box survey, and you can also add any further comments. This information will feed through to our website and, if it highlights any issues with our products or service, will enable us to investigate immediately.

All the products and service reviews on the site are written by customers. Unlike other systems, only people who have purchased products are able to review them, so you know they’re accurate and genuine.

We publicly post all customer reviews - good or bad - and our responses to any comments, so you get the whole picture.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. This may be necessary, for example, if the law changes, or if we change our business in a way that affects personal data protection.

Any changes will be immediately posted on Our Site and you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy on your first use of Our Site following the alterations. We recommend that you check this page regularly to keep up-to-date.
