PLEASE NOTE - As of the 31st of October 2018 we will no longer be processing refunds for items brought in sale periods - items will be exchange only or credit note to use online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or change your mind, simply return the item to us (together with any relevant Free gift supplied with the item).
NOTE : We do not accept returns and refunds on Our Jewellery. Unless the item is New in its packaging & is clearly faulty before being worn.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and Order number and give the reason you wish to return the item.
All goods must be in their original re-saleable condition complete with their tags (as dispatched), with original packaging and must be returned to us together with the receipt within 14 days of you having received the item. As soon as we receive the goods we will be able to issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
If you purchase an item for a specific occasion (ie: Birthday gift - but no more than 2 months ahead) please state on your order the date the gift will be given, and our 14 day Returns Policy will commence on that date (please note - this excludes all items that are in Clearance).
Please Note - For purchases made between 25th November and 24th December our 14 day returns period is automatically extended until 14th January (to cover the Christmas period)
When returning the item to us it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We suggest that you obtain proof of postage and insurance in case the item is lost in the post.
Please Note: It is down to the customer to cover postage expenses for returns( This is not the case in certain circumstances If we have been contacted & notified)
Confirmation that we have received your return will be communicated to you by email within 5 working days of receipt.
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
When a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. The email will be sent to the same email address from which the order was made.
The refund will be made to the same card which was used for your original purchase. Please allow approximately 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time is dictated by your bank or Credit Card issuer and outside our control. Should there be any reason we are unable to refund this card (eg: the card has expired) we will contact you by email.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of your order being placed. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer (as laid down in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000)
We endeavour to ensure all our goods are in perfect condition when they are dispatched but, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please email us on: email@example.com quoting your name, address and Order number giving full details of item and the fault. We will then advise you how to proceed with the return.
We are sorry but we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the item for a refund and place another order for the required item online from us.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, address and Order number. We will then advise you how to proceed with the return.
DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS
If a discount was applied to your original ordered item, the amount refunded will be adjusted to the relevant discounted figure. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
